CELEBES ADVANCE HEALTH JOURNAL (CAHJ) WRITERS' GUIDE
Manuscript Submission
All manuscripts submitted for publication to the CAHJ must be submitted through the journal's online system. To submit a manuscript, you can register or log in directly. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us via email at editor@celebeshealthjournal.com or through the journal's contact page .
Main Basics
- Originality : The manuscript submitted by the author is an original work (free from deviations from research and publication ethics) and is not being submitted to another journal publisher.
- Quality : Manuscripts containing numerous errors (grammar, citations, review/publication ethics) will be returned to the author for revision or rejection. This review process may involve editorial review or peer review.
- Structure : The arrangement of the substance refers to the established structure of the contents of the manuscript
Ethics
Research Ethics
Manuscripts submitted to CAHJ are the results of studies whose implementation follows national and/or international health research ethics rules and have received research ethics approval (ethical clearance) from the Health Research Ethics Commission (KEPK) of Indonesian/foreign institutions, both studies involving humans or animals as research subjects.
Publication Ethics
CAHJ adopts the principles of publication ethics published by:

These principles are used as a basis for rules and a basis for deciding ethical matters.
Types of Manuscripts Accepted
Permata Public Health Journal accepts several types of manuscripts:

Original Research Articles : Empirical studies with novel findings

Review Articles : Comprehensive literature analysis

Case Reports : Interesting and informative case reports

Brief Communications : Short communications related to current public health issues
Structure of Manuscript Contents
The primary language used in CAHJ articles is Indonesian , except for article titles, abstracts, and terms in languages other than Indonesian or regional languages. Foreign terms are written in italics.
The structure of the manuscript content uses the IMRaD format (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) as the basis for the full text layout.

Describe the results and study model used (for example: 'relationship' for observational studies, 'effect' for experimental studies, 'factor' for analytical studies)

Consists of 12-15 words (excluding conjunctions)

The words in the title should be consistent with the abstract and keywords to make it easier for search engines.

Author order : Based on contribution (first author, second author, and so on), not alphabetical system

5. Results

Starting with an explanation of the implementation of the study

The results of the study can be visualized in the form of tables, graphs or images.

Discuss the limitations of the study
Length : The discussion is the most important part of the script.
7. Conclusion and Suggestions

Conclusion : Must refer to the research objectives and answer them explicitly.

Suggestions : Provide suggestions for further research based on the study results and limitations encountered.
8. Recommendations
Explain in detail:

Finding limitations that influence the study results

Recommendations that are in accordance with the shortcomings or weaknesses of the study

Its influence on the results of the study

Plagiarism Policy
Definition of Plagiarism
Plagiarism involves the use or close imitation of another author's language and thoughts and its representation as one's own original work.

All submitted manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software (such as Turnitin or iThenticate)

Acceptable similarity index :

≤ 30% : Accepted (note: quote must be correct)

31-40% : Revision and citation improvement required

Action

Manuscripts with a high level of plagiarism will be returned to the author for correction or rejected outright.

Authors must provide proper citations for all text taken from other sources.

Paraphrasing should be done correctly, not just replacing a few words.
Sharing Study Data
The PPHJ Journal supports the movement to share research data, ensuring it is open and stored in repositories accessible to other researchers. Data can be stored in repositories such as Zenodo or Figshare . The data is assigned a DOI and linked to the article.
Review Process
